This sports car is underrated IMO, unlike the fucking Supra.

Although I'm not a huge import fan I can agree with you on that. The Supra is overrated and the 3000GT/Stealth were never got any love.

This is a stock Stealth, and it looks amazing as it is:

Isn't that Joe G's old symphonic silver 96? I think its like 1 of 4 or something crazy, and such a sexy color...

But yeah, the 3S is definitely underrated/under-appreciated, especially with the god-like Ferrari status people give Supras (don't get me wrong... nice cars, just not up to the hype). The GTs and Stealths were so far ahead of its time -- my dad's fully loaded '02 Camry XLS doesn't have everything my '93 has. I'm going to hate selling this car... if it wasn't a '93, I'd probably keep it forever.

i think you'll be a lot more happy with the BMW though regardless....sporty and luxurios...the best mix

vr4 FTWShould be 4G63 FTW, as always

Yes, they are VERY underrated, especially the later years. The car is a bit on the heavy side, but the 4G63, AWD and AWS make up for it. /loves the 3000GT

NP, the engine on the Stealth and 3000gt is the 6G72. and Hell sent, ya, that car is like 1 out of 3.

^Yep... 4g63 = 1st and 2nd gen DSMs and such, think the EVOs had a 4g63 as well. The newer eclipses use a 6g7X variant too, I think the 6g75 with the Mi-VEC -- I was looking into swapping that into my car a while back but I don't think it will cleari think you'll be a lot more happy with the BMW though regardless....sporty and luxurios...the best mixI hope you're right man... keep having cold feet with putting the for sale ads up... my VR4 is actually pretty plush... black leather trimmed seats with tan suede inserts, seat heaters, and adj lumbars, pretty decent sound system, etc... but even then, a BMW is a BMW and a Mitsu is not a BMW

hell sent do you got a 93? pics? my bro use to go on 3Si.org alot, i dont know if he does alot now.

And hell ya they were way ahead of their time. It had a lot of technology that cars didnt have around that time....like the Spyder, that roof shit was fucking tight back in 95 and 96.

I only got some old pics that I left online... none of the new, good ones with the new rims/interior/other stuff... here's a few of what I got though

The last two are photoshopped from when I was looking for rims...

What was your bro's name on 3SI? I used to be there all the time, but only checked it like three times in the last two years... I'm Disciple over there. There's some Bone fans there actually -- used to be a kid named Weedman, and someone over here PM'd me and he ended up having a red 1st gen Stealth TT with the same rims (Axis Hiros) as me.

Oh and hell yeah, those Spyders are ridiculous! A friend of mine has the sickest Spyder I've ever seen -- it's painted a lamborghini yellow, has a remote controlled top, and is just all kinds of lovely. He's got a 99 VR4 with less than 8,000 miles on it, too.

I can't stand the spoiler on the Stealth. 3000GT >Stealth anyday

the rear spoiler is the main kicker to me. i have a 2nd gen 3kgt and i do not like the popup headlights on the 1st gen. idk but to me they look totally different. heres 2 pics of mine specifically

supras are not overrated, when you can get 1400 whp out of a inline 6, there is nothing overrated bout that, but i have always have felt that the vr4/rt tt is very overlooked

arent the stealth and 3000gt pretty much exactly identicle besides the badging? whats teh major differences between the two in appearance?they are the same, it's just like the Mitsu Eclipse and Eagle Talon. few cosmetic changes but what you mainly pay more just to have the name mitsu instead of dodge.

supra is far from over rated.... being able to change the stock air intake(among other things on that car) and get a huge wheel horsepower gain makes the supra everything everyone says it is. i have seen those motors take 1400 horsepower with ease. twin turbo supra > your favorite car

i love the 3000gt but it was only worth buying if it was the twin turbo model (a vr4 that put out 320 horsepower). just like the the stealth and the 300zx. plus the 3000gt and the stealth were notorious for being very heavy cars.

i think the stealth twin turbo right now is worth more than the 3000gt twin turbo. when i had finished getting my electrical license and went to UTI (an automotive college in massachusetts) i was there with a 2 guys one who owned a twin turbo stealth and the other who owned a twin turbo 3000gt. judging by what i found out on the net the TT stealth is more expensive because its more of a rarity
