1976 el camino (V8 350). got it last year for my first car, and it's coming along nicely. I've done a ton of shit to it. It's running great. New tires and wheels.

the very first day i got it

Spent last spring break doing this (tons of sanding + bondo). There is not a dent on this car any longer :-D. I also put black primer on this bitch. it needs another coat.

I also cleaned up the interior (new headliner, new carpet, washed the seats, new headliner, basically cleaned the whole thing out)

We just picked up a 70's camino. I could buy it for 2000 right now, and start restorting it, but im stuck between that and a 66 mustang. If the mustang is in good condition, im goin for that, but i still love camino's.Sweet cars.

i hate to say it but get the El Camino (only if its a 1970),the engine bay in the 66 Mustang makes it impossible to Big Block it. If the 66 is a fastback, then i think it would be the obvious choice though.

i grew out of the whole hard hiting massive bass thing about 6 years ago. 1 10" sub is usually enough to satisfy me.

LOL i change my mind, maybe 2 10"s or a one 12". I just get hella annoyed when im at a light and the guy in the car next to me decides i want to listen to HIS music only so he turns it up and starts rattling the whole place, i ESPECIALLY hate it when the bass is so loud you cant even hear the song, mids or highs or anything, when it gets like that i cant help but think its just a sad cry for attention

You can feel the bass, but you can hear the music loud and clear. It isn't all bass

Lmao. Truth. I got two 12 inch vega's and they fuckin pump. Pretty open minded to music, but I love it when little gangster kids pull up bumping 50 cent or some shit, then I find the most obnoxiously loud rock song I can, and just blast it. Ohhhhh people get so pissed. I pulled up to a light today, and somebody was playing that gay ass pop lock drop it whatever song, so I put in mudvayne-dig, and blew his ass away.Oooohhh i thought he was going to shit himself.lmao.

But yea we got the camino. The stang was rotted. And i think its gonna be sexy when its done. good look with this restore tho.
