Transfering to another computer

What way can I transfer some of my stuff off my old computer to my new, not all of tha stuff,
only SOME things. I got this Intelli Mover and it wants you to move ALL of your stuff to your
new comp and it says they don't recommend you using it twice. So what way can I do it to
where I don't have to move all of it, and I can do it more than once? I don't wanna burn the
things on cd's like I did before then transfer the stuff to the new one, it takes too long. Ain't
there another way?

things you want to save on it from computer A then just pop it in computer B and copy it to
wherever you want.
