ok go into the options and under
dcc and folders where it says dcc ignore make that disable, hope i helped man

fuck mirc, use soulseek, its alot
easier then that shit, u can seriously get infections and viruses, and it dont matter if ui have a
fuckin firewall

on mirc go to tools--->options
then go down to the part that says "dcc" then where it says on send request, click "AUTO
GET FILE"

make sure that box is checked then you should get the file

if you
are usin a firewall..it could be that, just simply check the firewall part..
