Spike TV today launched the official website for “The Ultimate Fighter: Team Hughes vs. Team Serra,”
the sixth installment of the channel’s popular UFC reality series.

Last week Spike TV confirmed UFCjunkie.com‘s (www.ufcjunkie.com) list of rumored cast members.
Among this year’s roster of fighters are former King of the Cage champion Mac Danzig, Hollywood stuntman Roman Mitichyan,
and the series’ first-ever Australian fighter, George Sotiropoulos.

Full bios and photos of the 16-person cast can be found at www.theultimatefighter.tv.
(Additionally, Jon Koppenhaver is expected to join the cast as a replacement for an injured fighter at some point during the season.)

Current UFC welterweight champion Matt Serra and former champ Matt Hughes will soon pen blogs for the website.
The two fighters serve as coaches on this season of the show, which debuts Sept. 19 at 11 p.m ET/PT.
Following episodes will air Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

In a recent interview with UFCjunkie.com, Spike TV officials confirmed that they have dropped the sequential numbering of the seasons
in favor of the “Team Hughes vs. Team Serra” name.

“It’s just something we’re trying out to change it up a bit,” said Spike TV spokesperson David Schwarz.

im pretty sure i will watch it though
