ive been lifting for 7 years. i can rep 315 on the flat bench 10
times. i also use 315 on the incline and decline bench. squats- 455 for reps of 10. this year, i
hope to increase my military press with the barbell and
squat.

Good shit. How much do u weight? My squat weight has
always been considerably high, even since i first started training. Now i hit about 410 at 5-8
reps, thats 235-30 lbs more than my body weight. I've also never really deticated myself to a
strength oriented program. I was always much of a "hard gainer" so i was focusing on gaining
lean body mass. Now that i've reached my goal as far as mass and bf% go, Imma jump on a
5X5 rep protocol regimen to gain strength.

i've been stuck on
the same bench press weight forever. Like over a year. I go about 225 max, i can seem to do
any more. The thing is , i don' t really have a partner to push me for more weight anymore.
Damn, i need to get a workout partner.

With a herniated disk, i can' t really do heavy
squats, but i still get a good work out with light weight.

Matter of fact, i just came
back from the gym. If u want to really push urself, pump BONE THUGS in ur headphones. I
can lift a ton with notrious thugs, lol
