Do you take Drugs or are you 100% natural?
the only suppliments ive taken so far is meal replacements like nitro-tech, met-rx, and myoplex. i
tried hydroxycut with ephedra last year, and i took creatine for a few years, but i taking stopped
the creatine like 3 years ago.
as far as the hard core shit like anabolic steriods and human
growth hormone, i never fucked with that stuff. i did consider the anabolic steroids recently,
cause my friend was getting incredible results at first, but it fucked his body up in the long run
and that scared me away from trying any type of steroids.

in the beginning, i was about 45
lbs lighter. i was on the skinny side. my diet is mostly meat, bread, rice, and about 2 gallons of
water daily. in the last few years, i learned to try to cut down on salt and sugar.

nutrition=
meat-mostly beef
and chicken
carbs-mostly baked potatoes, rice, and bread.
2 gallons of water
daily.
myoplex deluxe at least once a day.

during my bulking days years ago, i ate
just about everything i could get my hands on (including tons of junk food). it worked to help
me put on mass and strength, but of corse it also came with fat. above is my current
maintenance diet, probably more carbs than most would want, but i have a pretty fast
metabolism, so i could use the extra carbs for the energy. i try to take in 6 meals a day if you
include my nutrition drinks. i think progress for anyone is possible without the nutrition drinks,
but i just dont have the energy or time to cook for myself 6 times a day. my favorite "CHEAT"
food would probably be mached potatoes.

DAI-im not sure what a P+C+F diet is. could
that mean protein +carbs+fat?????
