the best mass builders for chest
are bench press-incline,flat,and decline(alternate between barbell and dumbells),and dips.
butterflies, cable crossovers, and pullovers seem to be good for building those last dimensions
of definition. i would say the most underrated chest exercise is the incline bench with the
barbell. i rarely see guys in the gym bringing this important exercise to its full potential.
