Well it's been around for a long time but it's just recently starting to catch a lot of buzz because of media attention. But, I'm curious...how many of you have tried it and what did you think? It's not illegal in the United States and you can buy it online and smokeshops.

It's a leaf that you smoke and it gets you high for like 10-30 minutes. It's unlike any other high and it's not associated with any other type of drug. There are a ton of these videos of people doing this, check it out on youtube under 'salvia'.

I tried some of that shit. I prefer the green though when it comes to smoking(or I did when I smoked). I remember the first time I had some of that shit. I had some weed and I was already high so I stopped at the smoke shop to get a pack of Marlboro's and I bought some salvia. It was in a purple container. So I was driving and I went to pick up a pizza for my mom and sister from Monicals and I was like "fuck it I'm gonna smoke it right here in the parking lot". I loaded up a glass bowl with half weed/half salvia and started smoking right there in the lot(not the brightest thing to do I know). Anyway, I was like instantly fucked up. I got all dizzy and shit and it was weird. I didn't really like it at first because I was like disabled lol. It was like a brain shutdown. Then I got out of my SUV and damn near fell over. My balance was off like a motherfucker. Anyway I didn't trip or see anything, nothing like that but I was fucked up for a good 15 minutes. I wouldn't buy it again though. Too pricey for me, that and I quit smoking.

Yeah i tried it more then once. If you do it right it's like you go to a different world. Nothing makes sense, at least to me it didn't. Everything sounds, looks and feels different.

Too bad it only lasts for like 10 minutes though, i wish it'd last longer.

I tried it a few years back... nothing too intense physically but mentally, I was tripping balls... I was smokin in my bathroom, and I had the ventilation fan going, and it had a certain cadence, or beat at which it was revolving..

soon after I saw (well, visualized) dancing venus fly trap plants coming out of the walls moving in unison to the noise of the fan...really fuckin cool. but it was mild, like, if I wanted to snap out of it, I think I could have pretty easily.. still, pretty cool. No comparison to weed though.

I thought it had purple tips or something along those lines? At least thats what my friend bought, supposedly it was salvia. It had like purple stuff around the leaves sort of like tips. Payed 10 bucks for a gram(Knew the guy well) Heard it only lasted 10 minutes though. Pretty cheap, but I wouldn't try it, let alone an hallucinating drug.

ive smoked it before on several occasionz thankz to my boy jake.. he smokes it pretty often to my knowledge.. ive chief'd like 10-12 grams of this shit in my etire life...first time i bought it i smoked some and didnt really feel much tha first time i bought it cause i got tha bootleg salvia or some shit.. once i knew bout tha purple cases i bought those n tha more i smoked tha more i started flippin tha fuck out.. mentally.. it was fuckin crazy cuz it felt like i was somewhere fuckin else.. like otha density type shit.. i rememba thinkin about what i could see vision wise like tha span of my vision includin my prerifriel vision (prolly spelled that wrong)... and saw it as a movie screen kinda that i was taking steps back from while facing it... and a different point of perspective n view appeard and it pulled it swallowed me in.. like black hole opened up and i started like fuckin zoomin around and feelin as if i were attached to a track or somethin so every move i thought i was making was like precise as well as predetermend like i wasn't controlling tha shit... just along for tha ride i guess? anotha memorable expierence felt like i was playing a game where everythings opposite was appearntly just comin back togetha (does that make sense?) like two magnets comin togetha... only i visualized this big fuckin labrynth maze like place...so i feel myself goin through this series of passages eventually to meet with myself or whateva tha hell i could see heading my way in tha end.. and then not being able to shake tha shit off... which to be perfectly honest was some of tha scariest shit ive ever felt.. like i felt i could shake it off... but it wasnt workin... tha equivalent of not being able to wake from a dream.. and i say dream cuz i dont wanna use tha word nightmare even tho' ive never found myself wanting to wake from a dream for any reason.. also, when tryin to remember it all it felt like a "choppy memory" like watchin a fucked up vhs yet still having some scenes played vividly... and lastly, tha whole not being able to shake it off thing ended with a feelin like tha right side of face was gettin pulled on by more gravity than the other side... tha first thing i thought of was a stroke.. and it scared tha hell outta me... at which point i stopped smokin it n jus stuck ta my bud n squarez.. i was physically fine tha whole time.. cept for like faster heart rate shit like that.. but mentally..JESUS.. everytime i smoked this shit there was something horrifically profound i wanna say cause i felt like i was really on some 4-D shit.. like my third eye was free to gaze at tha universe in exchange for brief moments of dark chaos.. tha shit was trip...only i didnt see shit like some of those nutty lookin dudez on youtube doin tha supa potent shit... i was smokin tha 20 dolla' pog holder lookin case thing.. y'all memba pogs right?.. i only bought a gram at a time.. and tha first time i bought it came in this lil mini ziploc back wit a fuckin printed sticker on it with a warning saying "incents potpuri" do not smoke... i was like wtf... but smoked it anywayz.. and thats tha time i really didnt feel much... so if anybody buyz tha shit buy tha onez that come in tha lil plastic cases... not tha baggies.... cause ya might be dissapointed.. like i was.. then if you wanna visit tha otha side of tha moon smoke a ciggarillo of that shit.. lol n bye fuckin bye for a lil while.. no lie... dat one guy wit tha beanie on youtube doin tha 60x shit is gon fuck around and have heart attack or some shit... i say that asswipe was clinicly insane for a good fuckin minute.. screamin like oblivion landed right infront of him.. shit was krayzie... lol... pick your poison right.. sorry this is so damn long... i just had quite a bit to say... obviously

There are literally like 10 different levels.. the first level is similar to that of extacy.. every level after that is nearly unexplainable and its possible to have a 'bad trip'. I personally think its over-rated because it doesnt last long enough. If it lasts more than an hour youre hella lucky.. But you have to start out slow because if you go to the 40 shit then youll trip so hard it would be traumatizing the first time.
