Slackers at the work place

how many of you work with a bunch of fucking slackers?

well i do...i work at a call center...we do customer service...so when you guys have problems with your cell phone bill and have to call because they fucked up...im one of those people you speak with....now i dont work for a cell phone company, or any MAJOR company like that, i work for emissions and only speak with people who have my companies brand smog testing machines...anyways...my supervisor emailed us with our stats....I was number one with something like an average of 17 calls per hour..2nd place was at around 12 per hour, 3rd was 11 per hour, and last was 6 per hour...:no:

anyways at night...like right now....its just me and the last place person...and we get busy at times, and i find myself answering every fucking phone call while she does god knows what so I did a little expirment and put my self on "not ready" and waited to see how long it wouldbe till she answered...and it was funny watching her try and "pretend' to work as to look busy so she didnt have to answer the call, i eventaully answered the call becuse that shit aint fair to the person waiting...

anyways, what should i do? should i snitch her out or just let it be...i mean im not the model worker...im typing this thread right now...but theres no calls right now...

and how many of you work with people who's slack you have to pick up?

i also work in a call center and yes sometimes i do slack cuz sometimes its getting really boring cuz I dont do the same thing as you.
I activate credit cards and try to sell stupid insurances but its always the same damn thing... And when you take alot of calls and u dont sell much u dont get bonus.

Well dont do nothing about that girl she'll get in troubles by herslef cuz your supervisors know that she doesnt take calls, she'll problly get fired anyways.

my boss always gave me bullshit work to do (i.e. stuffing envelopes) because it always loooked like i wasnt doing anything, when in fact its jsut that i was doing so much better than everyone else and was allready done with what we had to do

my old job (was also a call center) we used to get some crazy prank calls, i used to have them recorded but computer crashed -=(

i make A LOT of prank calls when i'm high and bored. It's fun because you can make fun of people you don't even know. i mean, thats perfect
