creatine monohydrate is like an
extract taken for meat, and is supposed to cause your muscles to volumize. its not a protein
suppliment or meal replacement, you are only to take like 1 or 2 spoonfulls a day. it looks like a
white powder. when on a cycle of creatine , the user is also supposed to experience strenght
gains. i was on that stuff a few years ago, but i havent taken any for like 2 or so years. some
people love creatine, others dont care for it. the best way to find out if its for you is to try for
yourself. prices of creatine has gone way down in the last few years, because it is not the
newest craze. i never experienced any known side effects from taking that stuff before.

There is usually a "loading
phase" associated with supplementing with creatine the first 5 days, where as u take 20 grams
for those five days and u will expierience a 3-5 lb increase in weight, mostly water retention.
After the initial loading phase u take 10 grams per day.
