Well first you would need a GOOD soundcard, and a pretty good mic (condenser mic is better than a regular dynamic mic) and a little mixer or something that supplys phantom power (if your getting a condenser mic) but a little mixer would be proper. Also you would need to be able to mix down ur vocals properly. But having a GOOD soundcard is what makes you having good quality. If you want a pretty good soundcard, go with tha Audigy 2 soundcard. Although it is made for playing video games, it does pretty well while recording. If you want better quality than the Audigy 2, go to www.musiciansfriend.com , look and see what they have. Get at me on AIM if you got any more questions, hopefully i will be able to give you the correct answer.

Ohh yeah, if u wanna peep tha quality of tha shit me and my peoples is usin, go to www.soundclick.com/souljahdeuce and peep Crush Your Enemies (first track on there) if you like tha quality and shit, get at me on AIM and i'll let you know what we using.
