workouts i can do to increase my vertical leap at home wit lil or no weights? thanx

i'm no expert but this is what i
do

jump rope

just keep jumping a lot

if you trying to do it for basketball
then jump up and reach for or touch something with one hand then switch hands the next
time

doing squats can give you power too

also to check for if you increased
and how much you increased, get a piece of chalk and go to a wall (brick or something you
can write on) then stand up and reach and make a chalk line, next jump as high as you can
and mark with the chalk, hard to explain it's easier to show

when i tell you to jump you
say "how high?"

calf raises/any type of calf
exercise may help a little with your vertical leap.

Depends on ur current fitness
level. There are many sport specific movements to help u with vertical leap such as the jump
squat.

spud webbs is 44 inches. and i know this one guy from the harlem globetrauters with a vertical
of 55 inches.

anyway, the real good way to increase ur vert is doing the plyometric
exercises. The plate form shoes that are elevated only on the front of ur shoes.... I think one of
the company name for one of the shoes is called "jump soles" ... just get a basketball mag,
and u can order them there, they come with a video and training program. It helps u develop ur
fast twitch fibers/white fibers, which are more glycolytic and explosive.

i saw them
selling them in a Sports authority sports store once, but no where else. best chance is ordering
them. And yes they do work.
