Need Some Help Please!

Im trying
to design poster for my paintball team and im a lil stuck on what else I could do or change. Its
a scenario team so I want a dark yet tactical look. Im not that far along so anything will help.

id add a glow like the one behind
the text behind the players, darken the players either by layer styles (dark color overlay) or by
levels (image>adjust>levels). also, to get rid of some of the leftover light colored background
on the players, u can add an inner glow (small) to the their layer(s). id also add a black stroke
(size 1, or what looks best) to the title, so it doesnt run together with the lens flare.
