maybe because i wanted Bret to make an appearance so bad that i let my emotions get the best of me. it was a lot more wishful thinking than logic, but HBK really fooled me when he was talking and Bret's theme began. but when Hogan's theme played, i was expecting it to be another Shawn prank.

it only makes me imagine wut the fuck could have happened if Bret showed his face. cause apparently, Bret is in Montreal, but to promote his book and the upcoming DVD.

Haha man I was going nuts too when his music started playing! I haven't done that in a looooong time... But I swear, Montreal has the best crowd... They're so hyper and active and loud... They made Raw wicked...

yea, up here, we cheer and "boo" whoever the rest of the crowds don't. hahahaha... well, not all the time. but for the most part. we've also started a few of our own chants which dragged onto other crowds from other cities.

like our "Na Na Na Na... Na Na Na Na... Hey-Hey-Heyyyy... Good-Byeeee"... that's a hockey chant we use when the Montreal Canadiens would eliminate someone from the playoffs. now everybody does it. i remember for a brief period, everytime the ref would count the pins and the guy would kick out at the 2-count, the crowd would yell out "TWOOOOOO"... and i can guarantee u, the new chant we came up with, which is "SHUT THE FUCK UP", will carry onto the next shows.

for example, Rene Dupri got an ovation. other than here, who the fuck gives a shit about him? Big Show got a real big reception. Hogan, well, Hogan is Hogan man. last time in 2002 when he came out on RAW here to talk the night after Wrestlemania 18 against The Rock, he got a HUUUGGGEEE ovation. thing is, on tv, they only aired like 5 minutes of the ovation, when in reality, like my friend who was at the show told me, the ovation made a new record here with between 10 to 15 minutes.

others who got such ovations were Maurice "The Rocket" Richard who is the legendary hockey player who played for the Canadiens. and our current captain Saku Koivu when he made his return to the game after he beat his long battle against stomach cancer.

Montreal isn't the only place where the crowd is wild for the WWE, but we are in a league of our own. we leave a mark when they come around.
