i hate onions, tomatos, mushrooms and anything of the like

i wake up, take a shower, get dressed, eat my breakfast, sometimes cereal sometimes waffles, sometimes eggs and sausage

drive to work while smoking at least 4 cigs, get to my desk and sit on my ass for 8 hours, walk to the faa center cafeteria which is an ok walk, about 20 minutes round trip and get a burger or something, most of the time 2 pieces of pizza and a pepsi or mountain dew, get back to my desk

get home tired from working (haha @working i sit on my ass all day but i get stressed out) and eat supper, whatever my fiance has cooked, usually something ok healthy, but probably not

lay on the couch for a few, clean up soe dishes maybe sweep the floor do some laundry

go get in bed maybe have sex if its a good day, and then watch Friends until we fall asleep

stop eating junk food

eat a lot of lean meats(chicken, fish, lean steak), eat a lot of veggies.. you should get most of your carbs from them, and eat a couple fruits everyday for snacks(apples and any kind of berries are good)..

try to balance your plate.. 1/3 from meat, 2/3 from veggies..

if you hate veggies, steam them and buy some tomato or marinara sauce to top them..

try to avoid carbs with high glycemic index such as grains and sugar as much you can..these spike your insulin to store fat

eat a couple nuts/olive oil/avocados for fat.. walnuts, mac nuts, or almonds, not peanuts or cashews

try to fit in some exercise once in a while.. push-ups, sit-ups, go for a walk or a jog, jump rope

Go to the gym for 20-30mins after work. If your just trying to get healthy and lose a bit of weight - a short time at the gym is all you need.
Once going to the gym you should also start feeling more energetic and have a greater appetite for healthier foods.

That's your problem.

You're who those commercials are after when they come up with crazy pills and cheap solutions just so people have an excuse to continue being lazy.

They didn't get fat from being active.

lol I know man.

But I just always wanted to bring that up. Those 'magic pills' and cheap little products just piss me off. They're promoting laziness. Which is the opposite of what they need to do.

Good luck though. It's hard to lose weight, cause that usually means cutting out the GOOD foods.
