Takin Alot Naps will only have you more tired. Am i rite. and also
i read Naping can be addtictive that is true but too much sleep can lead
u to being tired also.

can...sometimes i sleep all day and i wanna get up...but i cant so im up the whole night then
my whole days screwed up cause im tired

sleeping a lot gets u
big.. heals your muscles faster. that's why those guys in the magazines are big.. they get
paid to workout so they can sleep like 10 - 12 hours and shit.

i used to be such a
sleepy head and it made me lethargic and sluggish

here's the trick

usually naps
should only be 30 mins- 1 hour (they call it a power nap at my work) that'll refresh you

i
learned some shit before about sleep cycles and all that but you know when you wake up then
you go back to sleep when you really don't need to sleep? that's the critical
point

let's say you got your 6-8 hours regular sleep, RIGHT when you wake up the 1st
time FORCE yourself to get up do not go back to sleep

and when you nap after you get
30 mins - 1 hour of rest FORCE yourself to wake up again

you should feel energized
after a while
