eat small meals
every 3 hours, esse.. as for the after 3pm thing, u'r supposed to only eat certain kinds of
carbs.

also i think your meals should only be the size in diamater of your outstretched
hand, about a big plate full (not a mountain of food though)

eating a lot of small meals
helps with your metabolism cuz it's easier to burn the food up and use it for fuel in small
amounts, but if you eat a whole lot at once it's harder for the body to distribute it and process
it

also that time thing varies on your activity level cuz if you stay active all day it
doesn't matter you can eat whenever cuz you're burning up the fuel

my uncle he's a
bulked up big bear type barrel chested muscle man and he said all he did was eat as much as
he could at around 11PM and right when he wakes up he goes to work out as hard as he
could

but he ain't cut he's more of the old wrestler type look

and Cobra, lol no offense. U keep eating big and often. In order to get big most of your calories
need to come from carbs, now they must also be good carbs at that, but u know what healthy
sources of carbs consist of. And no carbs after 3pm or 7pm or whatever, thorw that shit out the
