get an
inhaler man!
pushups and bench pressing is the main thing
if you have access
to an inclined bench press machine then that could help since you wouldn't be put in too
much of a strenuous position
just don't push yourself too much
also you can
get some elastic band things to do butterfly s
never work out alone! in case something
happens

only person i know that has it is my grandma and everyone in my P.E. class whenever it was
time to run the mile
