This is a match from RAW in '94. I didn't even know it existed until i bought that 15th anniversary best of Raw dvd.. hell of a match! and JR and Macho make a cool announce team.

you have now kick started the Weekly Classic Match.

I remember this. They were pretty much testing out Sean and see where the fans would slide. But at this point there was no way in hell they would have given the title to any small guy.

If Rey, Jeff, Matt, Chris Benoit, Eddie, Chris Jericho were around this time, they wouldn't be anywhere near the top title.

I applauded Bret in this match for being that kind of guy to give him a chance and put him over like that rather than being a "hulk hogan" and totally destroy him in 3 moves.

Yeah I brought the dvd 4 my lilbrother for christmas and borrowd disk 1 and seen this match and thought it was amazing. Shawn Micheals Vs Marty Jennety was tight 2.
