there's a lot of
possiblities

do you oversleep or undersleep?

you might need glasses
do you have trouble seeing things? or do you play too much videogames and watch a lot of
TV or stay on the computer too long?

or it could be the foods you eat like cheese
chocolate and stuff with msg

here's a little story about my cousin and his baby
sitter:

my cousin used to get headaches every day, so his baby sitter would make him
ramen soup (cuz usually soup makes you feel better if you're sick) this went on for a really
long time, then, my grandma took over as his baby sitter and she found out that the ramen
seasoning had a lot of msg in it so she stopped giving him soup and his headaches went
away

if you don't wanna pay for a check up or you wanna keep your problems to
yourself i suggest you switch up your daily routine and maybe you can pinpoint what is causing
your headaches and dizzyness

new
onset headaches=== what is ur age?
second, go see a doctor.

Its possible, but not
definite that u have to prodrome to migrane headaches.

this also includes: blurred
vision and zigzagging lines before the headache.

Females are more likely to have
migranes than men which are really vascular headaches.

BUT IT MIGHT NOT BE
THIS, GO SEE A DOC. bye

^^ who told u
that???
thats not true about vertigo. There is Central nervous system vertigo and peripheral
nerve problem manifesting as vertigo

and vertigo is not dizziness. its a different
sensation.
