so i tried almost about everything to loos weight or at least balance my weight.. i mean im not big or anything but i dont want to gain weight.
and i am constantly worried about what i eat.
recently i heard about the lemon diet.
get room temperature water add one teaspoon of honey and a slice of lemon and drink it to help you from gaining weight.
does anybody think im going in the right direction..

If you want to be fit. Its simple. You can eat the same thing you eat now. Just eat less of it. If you're still hungry, then fill in with salad, or something like that.

Also, exercise. Nothing fancy. Running is perfect for maintaining body weight.

All Gimmicks, you loose weight by burning more calories then you consume in a day. In theory you can eat 4 pizza pies a day as long as you do something that burns that many calories you wouldnt gain a thing. So if you are concerned about your weight you need to eat less calories in a day then you burn. Its really a super simple process that people just have a hard time actually doing.

yea i undertand, u jus gotta have a well balanced diet and eat breakfast everyday and eat alot throughout da day but in small portions.....also drinking alot of water will help, not eating alot of fatty and greasy foods (fast food), not drinking n eating too much sugar, and u shudnt eat late at nights...of course, exercise wont hurt either lol

you can eat what you want and you will not only maintain your shape but improve it

i just recently started to run every morning, im trying to shed sound poundage also..

anyone know of any diet pills or something that ACTUALLY works along with working out?

Yep. Also remember to drink lots of water it'll help fill your stomach up instead of munching on junk food.

It's kind of funny someone brought up the eating at late night since that's usually what you'll hear. But I used to eat at random hours (sometimes 10 minutes from going to bed) and it never made a difference in the weight I gained or loss.

Yeah, lots of water helps, avoid shit like pop and diet pops (they can actually be worse for you), food wise jus have more control...like if your goona eat junk food like chips, just eat the recommended serving size, though avoiding them altogether is even better, stay away from fried shit...

I dont know, I switched my eating habits to be healthier and to lose some weight, but instead of it being a "diet" to me Im jus eating healthier, its a lifestyle change not a "diet" cause most diets are only temporary which means you have the chance of putting back on weight, trust me I know...when I was 19 I went on strict eating habits (by paying real close attention to what I ate) and lost 50lbs. in 4 months but over the course of 5 years from not following the same "diet" Ive put back on 35lbs., so it really jus needs to be a lifestyle change. The only downside is it throws alot of convienence right out the window, which is the hard part to deal with....

All in all, it will take a few weeks getting use too but once you figure out what works for you, it'll be all good.

i heard people gettin cancer and shit cuz of "diet" sodas artificial sweeteners and stuff like that. Not sure how much truth there is in it, but i believe it on a certain level.

and you wanna know why they say you shouldnt eat late at night if you want to loose weight?

its because almost anything you do from taking 5 steps to taking a full out run burns calories EXCEPT sleeping, when you are sleeping you are doing SHIT ALL!! so basically the calories you ate before you slept is a 100% calorie gain since you didnt do shit to burn any of those calories, so if you keep constantly eating before you sleep, trust me your gonna gain weight very soon

btw, your advice is right on point im just trying to explain some theory behind it :)

There is no pill that will get you to lose weight in the long run, you will always gain it back plus it will do more harm to your body, (Hydroxycut recent case), like Eddie Brock said weight lose its when you burn more calories than what you consume in a day, I would recommend weight training, get some muscle no you won't get big like girls tend to think simply because they don't produce the enough testosterone, muscles alone burn calories, so the more muscle you have the more calories you will burn resting to simply feed those muscles.

Also long cardio can be bad, see it this way who is more defined, muscular, thin etc. A marathon runner or a sprinter, you see when you cardio for such long time the body runs out of energy and starts to breakdown muscle tissue for energy (glucose) and you get flabby yes you can jog 1 full hour but you will keep looking the same, because the body adapts to that hour, I say Interval Training you will finish your rutine faster and will burn more calories.
