Consequenses For Fighting In School?

Hey everyone, I just wanted to know what has been your harshest punishment for fighting in school that you have recieved or heard about. I almost got in a fight in school on Friday. I was just chilling with my friends in lunch and some fat ass cholo and two of his homeboys came up to me and the fat dude intentionally bumped into my shoulder. He turned around and started talking shit. He told me if I wanted to throw down, but for some reason, I just stayed quiet. I wasnt scared or anything and I could have talked back but I just remained silent. I have never been in a fight so I doubted that I could win (plus, I am skinny as hell). So the dude and his friends stared me down some more and then left. If I would have fought, I know we would have gotten caught, I am a junior, and I have been working my ass off in school, so I didnt wanna fight him inside. I wqouldnt mind a suspension, but not an expulsion. What do you all think....

i never got in a single fight in school, well not a real one, nobody would test me :-( i find it funny cause i talk mad shit you'd think one person would do me in closest i got was the principle but i really didn't want to get kicked out and beat down by the cop outside his door for litterally nothing, my homie kicked a kids ass gave him 9 stitches to the face and my homie boxed for fun, had dude on the floor bleedin everywhere just for calling him queer behind his back, under 18 = 6 weeks alternative school, over = immediate expulsion

Damn! Naw, now one has ever talked shit to me in a long time before that cholito. I do Taekwondo, but street fighting is different you know. I think that I will lose my first fight from lack of experience, but maibe I should have fought just to learn if I can fight or not....

Here in San Diego, they got strict rules, but I think they might bend them in my favor because of my grades. It happened once....

Choose your battles carefully. Sometimes it just aint worth it to fuck up everything you worked for in school just because some asshole with nothing to lose wants to fuck it up. At the same time though, you can't show weakness because they will always think they can mess with you.

Here, if you start the fight you get arrested % the minumum for you is 5 day suspension, thats just minumum tho. If you didnt start it you get suspended three days.

Some kid hit a girl, he got suspended 10 days, some girl hit a boy she got 3. Unfair, since the boy hit her fr a good reason, the girl beat that boys ass fa real & she only got 3 days.

I live in florida polk county. And even if you dont start the fight we get arrested. They said you can not hit back in self defense. The first time i got sent to jail was when a kid called me a pussy for some reason, so i pushed him he pushed me and then i busted his nose and put him in the toliet. We both got arrested and i got 10 days a a reccomended anger management, all he got was 10 days.

It wasn't that strict over here. Infact, if you made someone draw blood, it wasn't any more of a big deal. I think the most that would happen is 5 days off, depending on how big the fight was. I only got into a few fights, and got away with not being suspended. The only time I was suspended is when I told my teacher I'd like to come in with a bat and beat her ass, and kill her children. She didn't hear the second part, though. Thank god. I only got 5 days for that, though.

but the consequences were .. 3day suspension or like 30day in a diff schol where all them bad kids go
