It's ok. I'm pretty disappointed as a whole though as it seemed disorganised and pretty chaotic to me.

The verses themselves were pretty cool - especially Krayzie and Flesh (Layzie was decent too but sounded like a lot of his recent verses IMO) - but I wasn't feeling the vibe of it. The instrumental didn't really suit BTNH for me and I was disappointed to hear Bizzy bring out the whole 'witches of eastwick' line for maybe the 3rd time this year.


Hopefully this won't be anywhere near the album. Don't get me wrong it wasn't shit but it didn't strike me like 'DAMN THAT'S BONE THUGS-N-HARMONY RIGHT THERE!' as I was hoping it would.

Sure it was nice to hear no hook in a way but the verses seemed very separate to me and I didn't get the buzz of Bone members interacting in the studio on this one - something I think is CRUCIAL for the album to be as good as it can be.


Still, Krayzie and Flesh were very good so I'll take that from this, but I can't see myself playing this track too much.

By the way, each in every member sounded like he was rapping to a different beat. Everyone is all over the place and it doesn't do well at all. This garbage ass beat doesn't even fit BONE's style. Whomever made this beat should be embarrassed. And why would BONE uss a Jay-Z beat is beyond strange, consdering how horrible it sounds. Jay Z's version sounds bad, including this BONE version. Love Krayzie, Flesh, and Layzie's verses. I really enjoyed the way Kray's verse ended and Flesh slides in with his. Reminds me of the good ol' days when they intertwined the verses. I really liked Layzie in this song. I'm actually enjoying Layzie these days very much.

But I'm not as hyped with Wish and Bizzy's verses. That's just my opinion. I expected them to keep up the great flowin', but I was personally disappointed.

I don't take this song "seriously". In the sense that it does not tarnish my excitement for the album. This was not an original Bone song and so it does not represent the production and sound of the Bone album. I do enjoy having new songs and I really appreciate having all 5 members on these new songs we're getting, but this D.O.A. Remix is exactly what Bobby said it is, a street song. Almost like a mixtape track where they use someone else's beat.
