Good songs. The production sounds solid and I'm loving the mix up with the verses on "Let Ya Self Go," I hope they do much more of that on the album. That's what they need more of, not the verse hook, verse hook, verse hook mix. This song sounds great.

"No Mas" has a good production and I like the vibe of "Wanna Ride."

All the tracks were dope. THAT's the Bone Thugs N Harmony I was looking for! Bizzy is back to his classic self!!! I love it!

Let Ya Self Go gave me chills when I first heard it! Amazing song! The uni-verse style was dope, but it left me wanting to hear more from each member. I hope they have some songs with the uni-verse style, becuase it is amazing, but still keep some "Let's Vibe"-like styles and chorus-verse-chorus-verse songs in there just so we can get our fill of each rapper (esp. Bizzy) in full too.

Upon 1st listen, this is how I'm ranking the songs: (althought all were great, and upon further listens I might change my order):

1. Let Ya Self Go
2. Wanna Ride
3. No Mas

Well, like someone else said in a previous thread somewhere that the tracks sound great BUT they do sound like throw away tracks that werent totally finished and not mixed down with full precision. These are just tracks to keep the fans at bay from being frustrated with Bone. I highly doubt WB is going to let Bone release an album mixed horribly the way that the others tracks were mixed. They all pretty much sound like robots...what I mean by robots is that you can totally hear the overdubs on their voices and for Wish's part in Wanna Ride...cant understand him because of the way his vocals were mixed. So no worries people...the final product on the actual album will be alot better than what they've been releasing.

Now I had time to listen to it, the mix is horrible. Distorted. I dont like the girl singing on it. Felecia has a much better sounding voice. I think it would be definatley better if it was mixed properly and felecia was on it.

"Let Yo Self Go" would make an awesome single, could you imagine the video, man, they could get so creative on that and it would come out so viciously! None the less, the style they bring on this song, I like! I love how they bounce off each other flipping verses, creative indeed!

"No Mas" I love the energy that is brought to the beat and while I think Bone themselves could have brought just a little more energy to the song, I think it still came out pretty good and this album I believe is going to make or break on the energy they bring and again, bringing something new and unique the table, a sorth of reinvention, so far, I'm hearing it pretty well.

"Wanna Ride" Chilll track, nothing too special about it but still a nice song, one I would ride too definitely!

Over all, I thought Bizzy is showing me that he will bring it correctly to this album and while I am not still putting my hopes up too high, I am very pleased with what he has brought on the songs we've heard so far. All of them matter of fact are showing me Bone can still be Bone Thugs.

My excitement for this album continues to rise, slowly but surely!

let me give u my constructive review:

let ya self go is the direction bone should focus on, it has elements of the harmony that has been missing for too long now and is so much demanded by us fans.

its a great base to start their work from - the HARMONY element has to be upgraded to a level which can compete with their successful early work like on creepin on ah come up, e99 eternal or the art of war. the members need to harmonize more with each other like they did back in the days. they still sound too chopped with each other on the track but as already said, its a great point to work from. all their tracks should focus on the harmony element cuz thats the main reason bone sounded that great.

aint feelin the other two tracks that much. they got that typical pattern which bone followed the last years which were not their best.

i hope that ya´ll found some useful information from my review and that ya´ll use it so that bone gets successful again and that we fans can enjoy their music like we did back then.

Bobby/Brand Engine - this song is awesome. For real. But it needs finishing off - if this song has, say, another minute and a half of Bone using these composite verses and the mixing gets polished off then trust me this song is an instant Bone classic and - in my honest opinion at least - worthy of being on the album.

Please allow this song the moment it deserves in the Bone fan spotlight that 'Just Vibe' was cruelly denied for the S&L project, I mean if Bone don't want to then fair enough but I can't see anything other than greatness for a complete and polished version of this track...

Seriously, I haven't given a new Bone song this much replays since 'Just Vibe'. Great work.

Just a follow up to my earlier post where I had only heard each of the 3 new songs once...

Still rank them in the same order...still all better than the other 3 street singles previously released.

1. Let Ya Self Go - STILL think this track is AMAZING!!! With a little bit of clean-up and more lines for each member in each verse (love that is is not chorus-verse-chorus-verse, but left me wanting to hear more from each member...esp Bizzy) this can be a classic! Reminds me a lot of Days Of Our Livez, which is an awesome classic that got radio play. The instrumental & harmony is great. Very creative too. Bizzy's voice is perfect...much like his voice on Remember Yesterday, which is one of my favorites. With a little clean up, should definitely be included on the album!

2. Wanna Ride - Very good song. Reminds me of some of the better Bone Brothers tracks that I really like. The chorus needs something though...its good and all, but the transition from the verses to the chorus back to the verses is not smooth enough...too much separation. More harmonizing with other members on chorus might help. Radio potential.

3. No Mas - Ok song. Reminds me of Strength & Loyalty (ok, but not one of my favorite albums from BTNH). Krayzie has to have a verse! Bizzy came hard, but voice reminded me of NR & TGAR...not horrible, but I prefer the higher-pitched singing-like voice. I did love his lyrics, though...esp referring to himself as "lil ripsta"! Classic!!!

as amazing as this song is,it can be more polished.

the hook and instrumental is spine tingling.
if it gives me shivers, it is a damn good bone song , like days of our lives. must be the a bell , harp , or piano in there , i can't identify the instrument that makes it really work.

and the concept of laced verses is real good , just needs polishing. i wish bizzy used a harmonic layered voice. doubling his voice up like flesh, lay and krayzie just to make it real smooth. and wish's verse ended abruptly and didn't seem like there was closure in the song.

i hope this song makes the album, this would be a great closing song on the album.
