Actually, if its ur love
handles that ur primarily trying to dispose of, oblique crunches(side sit-ups), would actually work
against u. The reason being is that just like other muscle, the abs and obliques will also
develope and in a sense grow. So by working ur obliques, it will actually cause ur waist line to
grow wider in inches, seeing as how the obliques will push out the fat of ur waist line. It also
depends on how well ur working ur overall core as well, dont focus too much on ur oblques
untill after u shed the unwanted fat.
