Yes. You can also
play the multiplayer against the computer if you have no friends over.

The cards are
powerups, better weapon upgrade, more power, different specials etc.

The 3 modes
are Regular Battlmode, Timed Battlemode, and Quick Draw (although those aren't the real
names, I forget the real ones.

Press "x" at the stage selection screen to pick the
different battlemodes. The quick draw one is fun as hell.

make it to?i made it to where your in that war & you get 2 be general diego.that a hard level 2
beat cuz you got 2 kill all them soldiers & make sure you dont get hit by them cannon balls at
the same time.
