I cant uninstall a game on my PC

Recently I did a System Restore when I tried to uninstall this game i have it wont let
me uninstall it and even when i tried to play the game it wont let play it either

goto your control
panel, then "add/remove" and see if it's there, if so try to remove it...see what happens
