do,how long did it take you to get it?
I bought that ab slide shit were you get on your knees
and use that lil thang with the handlebars,that shit didnt work and it hurt my back,and i bought
that black bar thing with the head pad and I have been using it,I do about 2000 cruches a
week and i have been noticing some weight loss,but i want to know how long it takes to get
that six pack.
