tsar- nice diet man,
btw where have u been latley??
mine is pretty simple i eat the same things over and
over everyday its just second nature 2 me b/c i view food as only fuel to muscles besides my
cheat meal i have once every 4-5 days.
meal 1. 10 whites cooked in canola oil
w/ 1 cup of oatmeal w/skim milk
w/ rice cake spread w/ peanutbutter
meal 2. 10 whites cooked in canola oil
w/ 1 cup of oatmeal
creatine
in water - this meal is usually before i train b/c i like at least 2 meals in me b4 i hit the
gym
meal 3. immeditaley after training
2 scoops of nectar protein along
w/ plain baked potato
meal 4. grilled chicken breast
1 cup of rice
meal 5. grilled chicken breast
1 cup of oatmeal
meal
6. 10 whites
meal 7. 2 scoops of nectar protein b4 bed
also i take bcaa's in
between meals and b4 and after training sessions.
this is a sample diet of mine, but only
minor things may vary like the order of the foods i eat, i may sub in a filet here and there.
i
drink bout 1-2 gal. of h2o a day-or flavored water as well
if ur wondering my supplemet

5 mg. of creatine a day - to help keep full has a cut up and drop body
fat
bcaa's
xenadrine nrg
nectar protein
right now im gonna see how my
body responds to this diet in the next 4- 6 weeks that i'll make adjustments where i think there
needed.
