I just played Vice
City today again and was reminded on how bad-ass the game is. Although I do enjoy part III
better cuz of the landscaping.....much more interesting than a flat-ass Vice City. If they would
re-make part III with Vice's extras, holy shit.

San Andreas is gonna fuckin rule, a
completely new graphic engine so I hear.

I'm assuming,
because Rockstar included authorized and unauthorized codes for GTA3. As a result, the
authorized codes don't screw up your saved games, but the unauthorized codes were
programmed into the game and will do something to your saved data, in this example, not allow
you to reach 100%. When you use an unauthorized code in GTA: VC and you try to save a
game, when it asks you to overwrite an existing data black on your memory card, it also says
"WARNING: a cheat code was activated during gameplay". When you use an authorized
cheat code, it doesn't give you that warning when you save. So i'm assuming that in the long
run, after you get everything in the game, you won't get the added bonuses as a result of
using certain cheats. I'm not sure though, but that's what happened in GTA3 as far as I
know.
