Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and bannanas
i all throw into my morning bowl of oats. About 3-4 oz. Good carbs
absolutely.
Watermelon has a very high GI index, i dont eat watermelon at all. Spikes ur
insulin.
About bread, I stick to only dark 100% multi-grain bread. Stay away from white
bread and any bread containing high fructose corn syrup.
For rice, stick with brown or
wild rice.
And beans are a very good source of carbs, i have about a cup every other
day. Beans like pinto, chick, kidney, green beans etc.
By the way, u should have a
serving of veggies in every meal, and add some fruits to meals in moderation, depending on ur
goals ofcourse.
