here is an interesting thought though, i read it in a Tom Clancy novel:

nukes on earth, the safer we are from nuclear war. the reason is obviously the deterent, a
nuclear war would be impossible to win because everyone would burn, now that the cold war
is over tho, say america cuts down all its nukes to just two big ones left, well any little country
(i.e. north korea) wants to get put inthe history books so for the hell of it (or for whatever stupid
reason it has to hate us) they nuke us, but we can only retaliate with what we have, so its
possible for us to be defeated. so in effect by cutting down the number of nukes, we have
made a nuclear war possible to win

into my head when i was typin so i wanna get people's reactions to it....but yea anyways i
really think that, as big of a paradox this is, antiwar = antipeace, and i dont buy that bush is in it

Firstly, the geneva agreement
was tossed out the window in WW1. Hitler used any weapon he had that worked. Although
there are alot of weapons Germany didn't use, it was only because they were untested. Hitler

by vietnamese VILLAGERS. Vietnam was a dirty war and alot of troops did what they had to
do. Also alot were affected mentally by drugs and mental stress. At the same time you ask me
to experiance things, you don't even take into consideration the experiances the AMERICAN
troops have had in vietnam. It was the first Guerilla war. Know what Guerilla means? Like rebel
commandos who hide like bitches in villages. Did you know that the Vietnamese strapped
bombs to kids and sent them into U.S. camps? Do you think they would even give a fuck
about their "Helpless wife and three kids"? America is alot different from alot of countries.
They(some third world countries) aren't brought up with the care and compassion in thier
families. That's why it was so easy for them to trick us in thier own villages. Because we

supporter of the war for a while now...but im starting to consider what exactly that entails and
now im not so sure

if we attack iraq, we wont be able to topple their gov't in the blink of
an eye, and they will have plenty of time to launch some kind of bio/chem/nuclear attack
against Israel, so maybe the only thing a war will do is provicate an attack

the only thing is
what else can you do? does it make since to idley sit by while sadaam has weapons at his
disposal? and you know who will get blamed if, god forbid, sadaam does use his
weapons...thats right the good old u.s. of a. soo they way i see it is we're in between a rock
and a hard place....i'd say what we need right now is an incredible leader whom i and the rest
of the world has total confidence in (while i like bush, he is NOT an incredible leader and my

Iraq is never
gonna turn against european countrys, that's just some bullshit Bush is telling to have an
excuse! Iraq doesn't have any missles over a range of 300 km, and it's impossible for him to
conquer european countrys because he doesn't have enough troops. Europe is united and
they are more powerful than them uncivilized Iraq folks.
and just to let you know, it was the
russians who won the war against germany, not the US. Of course you send some troops but
the eastern front broke down, not the western one.

I don't know what they teach you in Germany, but it was the combined forces that took
Germany down. It took more than just Russia. Germany was beating the shit out of Russia
before we got involved and started moving up. Ever hear of Stalingrad? It was because of all
the pressure on the western front that the eastern front broke down. It was with the help of the
British and Americans that the Russians even pulled themselves out of the shithole. Then Hitler
realized he bit off more than he could chew. The last great battle of the European war was
"The battle of the bulge". Ever hear of that? That's Germany's last great charge through the
AMERICAN/BRITISH line, which might have worked, if they hadn't run out of gas.


Secondly, I never said this woud happen anytime soon. Ofcourse Saddam would have
to get more troops. But after we sit back and let him conquer so many middle eastern countries
then he would have more than enough to attack Europe. No one thought Germany could do it
