Hey...i was wondering is somee1 can answer a question....

I walk for an hour every
morning ...But when i come home i eat my breakfast then conk out ....LOL...i was wondering if
this is bad 4 u... walking, then eating then sleepin'....

I really need to loose wieght...it
hurts me knowin i can not care about the gift god blessed my soul with...i dun wanna sound
corny but....i wanna look after myself....i used to weigh 48kgs...now i weigh 55kgs....i'm really
pissing myself off! it's real hard to loose like 2 kgs! i never knew how hard it was....i guess i
took advantage of my body...& i thought i was neva gonna get fat cause i never have
been...i'm not fat now either but i'm jus a bit upset.... ANY SUGGESTIONS? :?

Yea, well, it'll be
hard losing any kind of weight if all ur doing is walking...

Lemme know of everything ur
doing, exercise and nutrition wise.

well... my routine is;
1.wake up at 6am n go walking with my neighbour
2.come home eat
3.conk out n
sleep till 8am
4.wake up n have a shower n go to school
5.come back any time
depending my subjects...& eat eat eat
6.depending on the day & weather we go walkin in
the eavening too
7.depending if i feel like it i'll do 50 sit ups n push ups to feel
better..
8.eat eat eat n sleep

i guess i need to stricten this diet routine aye... i
woulndn't even call it that...

Any suggestions on wat i should do??..

Well u should split ur
focus right now on both ur exercise regime and ur diet plan since both are lacking the
adequate attention. Start by trying to get at least 5 good nutritious meals a day, if u need info
on what to eat and what foods u should avoid, hit me or Glass up. As far as ur exercise routine
goes, u should defidently start working out with weights, light weights at that since ur a
beginner, and u might try and add more intensity to ur walks, maybe do some joggin/walking
intervals just to get things started. Gimme details on what it is exactly u want help in, 1 thing at
a time so i can better help u and personalize ur diet or workout.

Whats with women
thinking they're going to get bulky when lifting weights??? The only way u will bulk up is if ur
OVER-EATING, remember that.
