Ur warmup set is
completely different from ur actual work sets. And no u dont have to do 15-20 reps for ur
warmup set. Do about 1 warmup set or 2 for the first exercise in ur workout using 2/3 of the
weight ull be using in ur workset, somewhere along those lines, and with the same number of
reps as ur workset.

And remember, a warmup set should never fatigue u, its just a
warmup.

Sometimes i dont even warmup with weights, i'll do a lil activity to raise my
core temperature, like jumping jack and so on, then i'll stretch for about 10-15 min.

yeah tsar pretty
much summed ur answer, but i was wondering if u were training to failure on every set or at
least the last set??

what i mean by
failure- on ur sets, say ur doing 8 reps, is it taking everythtinkg u got to get to that 8th rep or
once u reach 8 could do a couple more

Training to failure is a
tricky thing, unless u know exactly what ur doing, u can actually be setting urself back. I myself
never train to failure, unless its a strength phase where intensity is high and u dont always get
all ur reps in with maximal weight. U should rather PLAN ur workouts for failure in advance, and
dont overdue it, cuz it will lead to overtraining.

good point tsar i
forgot to mention that, btw tsar have u ever tried the one set theory in ur training??
