Ehhh, i guess the first
one. Although id alter some of the movements and prob do away with the deads and leave
them for my hip dominant day. Id also throw some kind of external rotation work up in the mix.

i like workout # 1
however i would change up the # of sets and reps of certain exercises for my personal
advantage. each one offers its own advantages but it really depends on the individual. like,
daii, u said ur going or more mass- so in ur case i would put a lot of fcous on deads and rows
as ur core for mass, and just finish up w/ some type of pulls b/c there more of a stretching and
toning exercise imo.

im assuming like ne
type of back machine like hammer strength or cybex or something where there just differnt
types of rows and pulls. daii, where u train at? a gym or at home? if a gym what kind of
equipment u have, one more question, u going to that biz and lay show in florida?

Man, i hate working
out in gyms outside of my home. Its almost impossible to get a good workout in when ur
supersetting. And someone is always using a piece of equipment u want to use, and they dont
even know what the hell they're doing. I really dislike when ppl stare at me too, and when
theres ppl hoggin the squat rack, not to squat but to perform bicep curls. Also, lol, whem im
working out i want to be left alone, often too many ppl come up and bug me. Even if it is some
good looking girl, i send them on there way. Ah well i guess its pretty clear i dont like
commercial gyms.
