really a good diet n
protein is the best way 2 go 4 sure, but daii is pretty expericened lifter and practices a good
diet. i never reccommed to ne one to just jump on supplements of ne kind, b4 u do ne thing u
must learn the basics like learning to eat 6 times a day n eat clean, also learnt how to train
properly , and rest. if ur an experieced lifter n want real good results supplements can take u
along way but also they are not totally necessary. too often beginers become too dependent
on supplements that they forget where the results are comming from-training and good diet.
Exactly what Glass
said, but there are also some supps that are essential for optimal health and not just for
"workout out" purposes. For example...flax oil, fish oil, creatine, multivitamin, antioxidants etc.
All those are essential and should be a part of everyones current diet, except for the
multivitamin which can be done without if a persons diet is made to already contain essential
vitamins and minerals and what not.
