I work out at home with free wieghts and a bench and crap like that


1.
What do i need to do to work out my back with free weights???

2. How do u work out
the muscle that goes from the top of ur shoulders to your neck??? (i dont know what its called
..haha)

3. Is it better to do reps of 10 or reps of 5 with more weight???

Assuming ur a
begingner, here goes...

1. Keep it simple with compound movements like the bent-over
row, pull-ups (or lat pull downs), maybe some single arm rows with some elbow out
action.

2. Shurgs, either barbell or dumbbell should do. Upright rows work well too,
although there is more emphasis on ur delts during this movement.

3. For the meantime,
stick with moderate weight and perform 10-15 reps.
