i like the upright
rows, wide and narrow grip for trap/upper back development. that exercise also hits the delts
and biceps, though. try the upright rows with 2 dumbells, instead of a barbell for variety.

uprights primary
focus is mainly the front delts n traps i woulnt recoomand them 4 a back workout

pull ups, lat pull
downs, corba pull downs, str8 arm pull downs, pull overs, and i have to say dead lifts
eventhough they tareget ur lower back ur entire back infact ur entrie body beneifts in mass
from these baby's
