daii- thats really the
way 2 do it if u want maximal gains. that split looks very close to my own. i would reccomand
going 2 on and 1 off to allow u to recover. also try going hi-low, meaning train a big muscle
group like chest then the next do arms u get it? i like this split very much b/c it allows to really
focus on each muscle group n really tax it good. let me see ur actual routine
