Here's what im currently using:
Low Carb GROW! protein
powder:
- Most of my protein intake comes from meat, poultry, fish and
eggs but I'll limit myself to about 1 or 2 scoops of protein powder a day, usually in the morning
with my oats or as a bedtime snack.
Biotest Surge post-workout
drink:
- This product has it all as for as post-workout nutrition goes, so i
have no current use for Whey Protein products.
Biotest Power
Drive:
- I use Power Drive to imporve central nervous system recovery
during intense training phases. I'll usually take a scoop in the morn on training
days.
Prolab Creatine:
- 5 grams a day. I mix it
in with my post-workout shake on my workout days and on off days i'll dissolve it in my
morning green tea.
Fish Oil capsules:
- Fish oil,
high in EPA and DHA, should be a staple of everyone's diet. I take 2 capsules with every
solid food meal.
Biotest ZMA:
- I find it usefull
to take when im lacking quility sleep, it helps my induce sleep. I also find myself to be depleted
from Zinc and Magnesium during vigorous training sessions, so i'll take some in regards to
that.
Multivitamin:
- Nothing fancy just a simple
multivitamin will do for me.
