Yeah all you gotta do is double click the note(green bar) and change it to 00:12. Because it uses 24 scale instead of 32 (no idea why, but it does). So make sure u change it to 00:12 if u want it exactly in half. If you do 00:16, thats 16/24 instead of 12/24.
