Yea, be more specific about what
it is u wanna do, goals and such. lemme know. Details!

RRJ
10-23-2003, 06:25 PM
I asked for details...hight, weight,
specific goals(dates to accomplish them), experience etc. If imma help u out, im doing it the
right way, i dont boo-shit.

RRJ
10-23-2003, 06:34 PM
what kind of equipment do u
have? Will u be working out at home or at a gym?

RRJ
10-23-2003, 06:40 PM
just two 25lb dumbbells? Ugh,
aight then.

RRJ
10-24-2003, 12:46 PM
Aight, seems to me that all u
have the same goals in mind. You gotta take it one step at a time though. Tell me if u guys
would rather lose the gut and unwanted body fat first, or build some muscle first. I'l get u guys
on a program according to ur responses.

RRJ
10-24-2003, 12:52 PM
Azthugs, whats ur
email?

Gimme ur guys' email so i can send u workouts once i've made em'. Oh and
you'll need excel.

And one more thing. Let me know of any naggin' injuring you have.
Also your weak spots, and strengths.

RRJ
10-24-2003, 07:19 PM
Aight coo. Hellkat, where u at?

12345, did u state what equipment u have?

RRJ
10-24-2003, 07:28 PM
Lol, aight il check em' out right
quick.

U'll never look like that though, thats something u have to realize. No 2 bodies
are the same. Thats one of the joys to working out...to see for urself what limitations have, and
challenging ur genetics n such. To never be satisfied.

RRJ
10-24-2003, 07:58 PM
How does that suck?

RRJ
10-26-2003, 11:46 AM
I'm almost done with them. Got
alotta ish going on,(work, education, various females). Some good ish though my friends.

RRJ
10-27-2003, 10:51 AM
No prob. They're just about
ready to go. BTW, I've made each one of them a 4 week program.

RRJ
10-27-2003, 11:29 AM
And another "very" important
thing. Although exercising is great and all, u will NOT see the results u want, unless u have ur
nutrition is check somehow. Im serious, no joke.

RRJ

Where do u get ur fat from? Lean
meats? Chicken? No oatmeal? Protein? Post-workout supplementation?

RRJ

I'm back. Damn, that was with
the quickness lol. Nah i got ur emails. Alotta ish got deleted but its all gravy. Alright, so do all u
guys have Excel? So i can start sending out ur programs...

RRJ
10-29-2003, 01:10 PM
Yea, im personalizing them to
what equipment u have. U dont gotta worry bout that.

All programs im making however are
total body. U all seem to be on the same boat with the same goals in mind. Im starting u off on
a total body scheme to focus more on strengthening joints and ligaments, as well as a fat
burning method. Along with some HIIT and some kind of cardio, u should all be good to go.
Keeping in mind that ur diet is on check. There will be tougher workouts to come...trust me.

RRJ
10-29-2003, 01:56 PM
Yea, if u have a treadmill or
stationary bike. Even a jumprope or stairs.

RRJ
10-29-2003, 02:53 PM
Aight well a jumprope is good, il
explain all the details in ur program.

RRJ
10-30-2003, 12:38 PM
12345 & hellkat...I have both of
ur programs done. I just need to make the Excel spreadsheets for em. U'll have em by
monday, so u can start ur programs then.

RRJ
11-02-2003, 10:47 PM
Yea, i know ur a beginner. Its
customized remember.

RRJ
11-03-2003, 08:10 PM
I sent them out already.

RRJ

W/R = Weight/Reps.

Do
10 reps at the heaviest weight u think u can manage in perfect form. Oh, and try and up the
weight every week, something like at 5% increase.

RRJ
11-03-2003, 09:03 PM
Can u handle all that weight
though? I dunno what u are capable of doing. But if the Bench press is too easy for u with the
weight u have, do Incline bench presses. Or u can just slow down ur negatives, (lowering the
weight), to make it more challenging.

RRJ
11-03-2003, 09:10 PM
When u lower the weight, take a
lil extra time to do so. So u can fatigue the muscles even more.

RRJ
11-04-2003, 12:43 PM
Stay with whatever weight u
think u can handle for 10 reps in perfect form. Lift heavy, but in perfect form.

RRJ
11-04-2003, 01:21 PM
Nah not the same weight for all
the exercises. Pick a weight that u can handle for 10 reps in perfect form for each exercise...u
get it now?

RRJ
11-04-2003, 01:37 PM
There's no need for single joint
movements. Compound movents like benching will work various muscles, they will do more for
u then single joint movements being that ur a newbie. Which means bigger gains.

RRJ
11-04-2003, 01:46 PM
Its all good, im here to help.
