Ur about it the wrong way. There
is no such thing as spot reducing, so 200 situps a day are doing nothing for u, actually they are
doing the opposite. U need some kind of structured program and regimen. Diet too.

pushups are good in the
beginning, but most people eventually out grow them, and then its best to hit the weights for
continued development.
