Over-All = Well overall you both did great. I read Vega's verse earlier before Freeda posted his and I thought to myself, that this was gonna be a tough battle for Freeda, cause Vega came with heat, it was lackin in a few parts but it picked up soon. But then when I read Freeda's verse, it seemed to shine over Vega's. And after I read them both again, it seemed like Vega; you didn't come as strong as I thought. Or maybe Freeda stepped it up and took this one. But over all Freeda's got this battle. Major props to both of you on this. Great job.

After the initial run-down, I'd say tied vote. But, after reading through it three or four more times, I'ma have to change that. One verse was more complex. It didn't make it harder to understand, it just layered it together. One example: The main word-play evolved on one topic, keys. But, the "keys-filed" is a double word-play, ya know? It adds a certain level of complexity to it. I think that shows more skill and effort.
