yeah that's what they made us do

bread and water
that's all, that shit is such a struggle i don't really recommend it for anyone if it's not
necessary

if it wasn't for wrestling i'd say start smoking cuz that works for me

^^^drinking lots of water definetly
helps alot, i lost about 3 lbs in a couple days, i guess it cleans out ur system, you'll know if
you're drinking enuff, you'll practicly piss water

drinking water alone wont make a person lose too much
weight, but lots of water,diet and exercise, and a person can probably lose up to 10 lbs a
month. this is doing it the healthy way, none of that "hollywood diet" stuff.

yea, this is true from wut i experienced, i lost about 15lbs in a
month and a week, but i have been getting lazy, luckily, my motabolism has kicked up
