Can that record company capitalize on the name "Poetic Hustlaz" like that? Don't Mo Thugs have rights to the name if so Layzie and Mo Thugs should collect royalties from it or at least the original Poetic Hustla'z should.

I think Mo Thugs or Poetic hustlaz should be able to sue em because the name has already been used.

Maybe they have the right to use the name already, who knows? Since there is not PH anymore.
