um, T.I. was claiming the title of "King of The South" so at a concert Flip told the crowd he was not that Scarface was (T.I. isn't even the king of ATL) and played Game over which fans took as an insult

T.I. then claimed Flip said "When i see TI it's gonna be game over" to some hoes at a club and the girls said "nah TIP run the south" (not confirmed)

so basically T.I. is popping off @ Flip for a possible misunderstanding or hearsay
