Well its only on spike because I believe they were hoping to get this on HBO but didnt have the deal in time, and it was too late to reserve the payperview slot. So its not like this card was intended to be on spike. This is basically a gift, a gift of chance that we happen to get this for free. But hell, I aint complaining, im just thinking, dont get use to it.

i did not think the randy couture vs tim sylvia was that big of a upset... i had a feeling he could pull it off since sylvia never had really been tested aginist wrestlers except for ricco (when he was good) and ricco stood with him like a idiot

Yea it wasnt a HUGE upset. But I figured Sylvia had decent take down defense against others, and has a long reach, and i figured he is probably more powerful than Chuck.. Chuck was able to KO Randy twice. So I didnt give Randy much of a chance of winning.

But I would say the most shocking upset was Serra beating GSP. I dont think many people gave him a shot at all. I know i didnt.

i think the betting was if you bet 1000 on gsp you would win 100 if he won

so pretty much nobody thought he was gonna win it... worst thing about it is that hughes is sure to beat serra... only to lose it to gsp later

anyways it's getting close to the date anybody want to make some guesses on what the ratings will be for this event?

also ufc just got a deal with hbo so that means even more ufc events
