Microphone Advice

My old mic just died and Im in the market for a new one, does any body have any suggestions for a reasonably priced mic that hooks up to the sound card? Let me know names and price ranges....thanks in advance

well i got a studio projects B1 and a beringer mic 200 preamp plus a m-delta soundcard! im very happy with it...so i recomend that if you dont got alot money but u still want some quality recording. i would name the prices too but i life in germany so i dont know the us prices!
